Authentic Turkish hand-painted ceramic tile necklace with Sapphire- Libra

This ceramic tile has been hand painted by the artisans in Nicea-Turkey and bezel set into sterling silver frame. They are simply one of a kind and I only have a few left. 

This actual necklace is representing Libra horoscope and I wire wrapped a large sapphire teardrop along with glass evil eye as a dangle . It is all sterling silver. It measures about 24".
